This has to be one of the most colorful weddings I’ve shot so far. Sammi & Tyler wanted to go for a tropical themed wedding and they knocked it out of the park! Hayes Hollow at Hidden Falls was such a perfect place to compliment the strong colors that the couple chose. Take a look at the photos!
Sammi & Tyler first reached out to me last year when they were recently engaged. Fun Fact: I shot their engagement session exactly one year before their wedding date! We took advantage of a warm morning and took photos at a greenbelt trail here in Austin, Texas. When they told me that their wedding would be at Hayes Hollow I was ecstatic! I had just shot a wedding there and I knew how amazing the venue was. I immediately started to picture where I would place them in the venue for our photos together.

When I first got to the wedding I was warmly welcomed by Sammi and her bridesmaids who just about finished getting ready. We went over the plan of the day, to made sure we stuck to the timeline. I really care about making sure I’m not creating a bottleneck for the rest of the wedding day so I like to communicate with my couples to make sure we can be as punctual as possible!
